We specialize in three major type of
leather decoration. They are (1) cut and stitch inlayed-leather
logo design, (2) embroidery, and (3) blind embossing.
- Cut and stitch inlayed-leather logo design
is a process where the logo is constructed out of the leather.
This is not multi-layered appliqué like some of our
manufacturers use. All colors in the logo are Pantone color
matched, cut to size and then pieced and sewn together with
no raw edges. The leather logo image appears in a single
layer, like a puzzle.
- Embroidery design. Much like hats and
polo shirts, fabric is sewn with colored thread, replicating
your requested image. Because we manufacturer the jacket
in panels, your logos are never exposed to the inside of
the jacket. There is never any stitching exposed through
the lining like most domestic made jackets.
- Blind embossing logo design is a process
where we make heavy metal die plates of your logo. The process
actually makes a reverse image of your design, which presses
the image outward. The inward side of the leather impression
is then backfilled to hold the image for the life of the
jacket. Like our other jackets, no form of decoration is
exposed to the inside of the jacket.
In addition to the decorations referenced
above, other options include personalized snaps, zip runner
fobs, and custom printed jacket lining.
